Florida only lets an association suspend the right to use common facilities once an owner is more than 90 days delinquent — not the day a payment is late — and access to the parcel itself can never be suspended. SpruceHOA builds that into amenity bookings: turn on "residents in good standing only" and the block starts at the statutory threshold, which is a setting rather than a hard-coded number because states differ. Every resident sees only their own information, enforced right down at the database.
